This page explains how customers opt in, what messages they can expect, how to get help, how to opt out, and where to review privacy and terms. Charm AI does not support cold outreach, purchased or rented lead lists, affiliate blasts, or unrelated promotional SMS campaigns.
Customer opt-in path
- 1. Customer sees the seller's business phone number on a website, profile, marketplace listing, invoice, booking page, storefront, or direct business communication.
- 2. Customer texts that number first from their own device to ask about products, services, pricing, hours, availability, scheduling, appointments, or support.
- 3. Charm AI assists the seller with a relevant customer-care reply that includes HELP/STOP instructions where appropriate.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in by texting a seller's published business phone number first after seeing that number on the seller's website, profile, product listing, invoice, booking page, storefront, or direct business communication.
What messages are sent
Charm AI supports customer-care conversations such as product questions, service questions, pricing, availability, business hours, scheduling, appointment details, order updates, and follow-up support.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the customer's conversation with the seller. Charm AI sends replies only in response to customer-initiated or ongoing customer-care conversations. Message and data rates may apply.
